1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Worksy ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Worksy is an online platform that connects customers with local service professionals across Ireland. We provide a directory of businesses and facilitate the connection between service providers and customers seeking their services.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

4. Business Listings

Businesses listed on Worksy are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their information. Worksy does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by listed businesses.

5. Verified Business Subscription

Verified business subscriptions are billed monthly at €29. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Post false or misleading information
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with the proper working of the platform
Collect user information without consent

7. Limitation of Liability

Worksy is not liable for any disputes between customers and service providers. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform.
